Limited harvest! Borneo Eco Brown Rice
Borneo Eco Brown Rice is a medium-long grain rice variety cultivated by local paddy farmers in Sarawak. The rice is grown mainly by the Bidayuh and Iban communities from Lundu, Sri Aman and along the Kuching-Serian road. The rice fields are well-irrigated and a semi-modern cultivation method is applied to ensure the quality of the rice. This whole grain rice is rich in essential nutrients, with the outer husk removed to preserve most of the kernel’s nutrition value. Borneo Eco Brown Rice is relatively low in calories and high in fibre, making it a wholesome choice for health-conscious consumers. It is also gluten-free and rice in minerals, such as magnesium and potassium.
婆罗洲糙米是由砂拉越本地稻农栽培的一种中长粒稻米品种。这种稻米主要由伦乐、斯里阿曼以及沿着古晋-西連道路的比达友和伊班社区种植。稻田进行了良好的灌溉,采用半现代化的种植方法以确保稻米的质量。这种全谷物糙米富含必要的营养素,外壳已去除,以保留大部分谷粒的营养价值。婆罗洲生态糙米热量相对较低,富含纤维,是健康意识消费者的健康选择。它还无麸质,富含矿物质,如镁和钾。
Cooking Instructions/烹饪说明
Wash rice and rinse well. Soak 3-4 hours for a softer texture (optional). Add 1 ¼ cup of water for every cup of rice (Rice cooker method). Add 1 cup of water for every cup to rice (Steam
method). Cook the rice for 30 minutes. Rest cooked rice 10+/- minutes before serving.
将大米洗净并冲洗干净。如需软糯口感,可浸泡3-4小时(可选)。使用电饭煲烹饪方法,每杯大米加入1¼杯水。使用蒸煮方法,每杯大米加入1杯水。煮大米30分钟。在食用前让煮好的大米静置10分钟左右
